You shouldn't do anything, but you should have enough BTC on your address from which you bought.
Did you log out in the meantime?
Ah, ok, the 3 payments were automatically made when they were due. One of them failed though (two succeeded), and the "Pay now" button didn't work (still doesn't, doesn't do anything) so I sent the payment manually (just copied the receiving btc address and the amount and paid from my corresponding address), but I'm not sure the system detected this as a part of the DEX sale. We'll see.
I might have been logged out in the meantime since my computer went to sleep; but then I didn't have to log in again after that.

I did say you shouldn't do anything, but I guess you did this before you read my message.
Did you check out the FAQs or watched the videos (https://www.counterparty.co/videos/) on how to use the wallet?
Counterwallet/counterpartyd matches bids and settles transactions for you (like on traditional exchange, but decentralized, for which the protocol provides escrow). It doesn't require you to send anything to anyone (that'd be P2P Over-the-Counter or something else).
Also the FAQs and videos (also messages inside of Counterwallet) tell you not to log out before pending transactions are complete.
This is because Counterwallet does not control your funds, so if your computer goes offline (or the network card goes in sleep mode) then it won't be able to complete the transaction between you and the other side (and then after 20 blocks you'll get your tokens back to your address from which they were escrowed for that transaction).
You can check in your History (inside of Counterwallet) what actually happened (what was settled, what wasn't, etc.).
I get this when selling XCP for BTC on DEx
Sell BTC Pending: As you have one or more pending or open sell order for BTC, please stay logged in so that the order(s) can be properly filled.

It's false alarm isn't it ? Because only buyer who needs to auto BTCpay are ones required to stay logged in

Yes it seems wrong. I opened a new issue on Github.
Ok, I don't know if this is a known bug, but I wasn't able to find anything about it.
Whenever I create a new address (let's call it "a" for reference) in Counterwallet, it shows in the list like it's supposed to. But when I log out and log in again, it's gone. If I then create yet another address, "b", that new address is shown as it should be. If then I log out and in again, "b" has disappeared, and "a" has re-appeared. This happens every time I add a new address. After a log out/in, the most recent address is not shown. Besides normal addresses, I have one watch only address; don't know if that makes a difference.
Are you allowing the site to set cookies or use any local storage? The only thing the passphrase should get you is the seed. Any number of addresses or labels must be stored locally.

Yes.

Wouldn't that make it impossible to see addresses and labels if logging in from another browser or physical computer? Because I am able to (except for the last created address, that is).
Edit: Someone else pointed me to this description of a bug, seemingly being worked on: https://counterparty.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000008019-my-fourth-fifth-address-in-counterwallet
This might be related, or even the same bug.

It would make it unlikely to see all "associated" addresses if you logged in to another Counterwallet server.
So far noone has offered a procedure which can be used to duplicate this problem that you noticed.
Can you regularly duplicate this problem on your computer (or computers)?
If yes, please do it one more time and write down your steps, e.g.
1. Open new (not your current) wallet on CW using Android phone
2. In CW's Debug area copy Wallet ID and CW server (e.g. cw03), and address that you see. Then log out.
3. Log in to this wallet from Desktop (Chrome 37.0.234234)
4. In CW's Debug area copy Wallet ID and CW server (e.g. cw01) and a new address that you see.
Something like that would hopefully help the devs duplicate this at will and debug this issue.

Ok, here are the steps with which I am able to reproduce this. I have reproduced it twice:
- create new wallet in Chromium 34 on Ubuntu 13.10. There is now only one address (automatically generated), labelled "My Address #1" 12a3xfucLbWPQkskgmKMDphZoUgU5ptHp3.
- Create new address -> create regular address, label "own address 1" 1FtmFrrUZrEbp3faqNsa5Z8DjV7j2TzyH3.
- create new address -> create watch only address, input address, I used random one from blockchain.info 16GcxcPVmZyKiRap3hmY7u5fHkDKnAjduJ.
- create new address -> create regular address, label "own address 2" 18J6KZ82P6jrcyG3iQJgXe6fL4b84XRhjP.
- Everything looks fine at this point.
- Log out and back in (in the same browser). Now "own address 2" 18J6KZ82P6jrcyG3iQJgXe6fL4b84XRhjP has been replaced by "My Address #3" 1HLnFW9pWK4Z5pXSBEuNnnqof1vVouDiQK.
- create new address -> create regular address, label "own address 3" 12G2MtHBzmfnhdesTRG6pDNDtxAkf7jjfB.
- Log out and back in (same browser). Now "own address 3" 12G2MtHBzmfnhdesTRG6pDNDtxAkf7jjfB has been replaced by "own address 2" 18J6KZ82P6jrcyG3iQJgXe6fL4b84XRhjP.
- This seems to be repeatable.

MultiAPI List (FailIDX) https://cw03.counterwallet.co, https://cw02.counterwallet.co, https://cw01.counterwallet.co (0)
I can supply the passphrase for this wallet if needed as it is one that I created only to reproduce this.

That's excellent, thank you!
A developer will PM you if they think the pass phrase would help.
I have BTC/XCP on open orders. Normally, on the Balance page, it shows Escr, but right now it does not show the Escr, only display I have 0 XCP.
-----------
Edit: It just showed up after leaving counterwallet open for a while. Strange …
Today I get the following error when opening my counterwallet:
failoverAPI: Call failed (failed over across all servers). Method: get_normalized_balances; Last error: JSON-RPC Error:
Type: Server error
Code: -32000
Message: Invalid address list supplied
Counterwallet shows me this same error on Mainnet, Testnet and even if I try to create a new wallet. Any idea what's happening? Yersterday everything was working perfectly for me.
Counterparty platform status displays a partial system outage on Public Dev/Test Server…is this related with the error I get?

That was during an upgrade, now it should be ok

Nope…still failing and getting the same error. I've cleaned browser cache, been testing with different browsers…still not working…

I tried only once with Chrome on Windows and it worked without any problem during block 319224 (below):
Blk/MsgID 319224 / 215491
TestNet/IsDev false / false
MultiAPI List (FailIDX) https://cw02.counterwallet.co,
Maybe you can try to access the same server (https://cw02.counterwallet.co)

Now it's working ok…weird…the issue may be caused by the upgrade…thx for your support
I've been having problems with Counterwallet for days, I hope someone can help.
I initially posted this in the wrong place (sorry) when this first happened:
I just logged into Counterwallet and My balance is of SJCX has disappeared from one address and another address which should have XCP isn't even showing.
According to blockscan I still have my SJCX - http://blockscan.com/balance.aspx?q=17jLdysPxcatDUxHr8Z3xX2sUeCV3Hcah5.
I'd have to dig around in my history on exchanges to even find the address which has disappeared, but I presume the situation is the same - coins still there but not showing in counterwallet.
Can anybody help me find out what's going on?
Now I can't even log in, the loading bar reaches full and then it just stays like that.

These bugs were fixed. Please try again and post if it still doesn't work.
Hello,
I created a wallet about 3 weeks ago, created an asset and two addresses, logged in several times in the initial days without a glitch. However, I didn't try to log in again until yesterday, and since yesterday I can't load counterwallet initial balance page. I tried on chrome in 2 computers and a cell phone with no luck. It crashes and freezes the browser. FireFox tells me a script is crashing, but lets me go to history and other pages (yes, my addresses are there).
What could be going on? Maybe because my OS main language is Portuguese?
Thanks in advance for any help.
Edit: Firefox shows the following script crashing:

You can post the log (last 20 lines, you can remove or modify addresses), but today Counterwallet was updated and several bug fixes similar to what you describe have been confirmed fixed. Can you try again and if you still have problems post JavaScript log?
