You can post the log (last 20 lines, you can remove or modify addresses), but today Counterwallet was updated and several bug fixes similar to what you describe have been confirmed fixed. Can you try again and if you still have problems post JavaScript log?

I don't think it's related to language, it's probably something about those synchronous requests.
In the meantime can you share your OS and Firefox version?
Does the same error happen with Chrome (go to chrome://extensions, at the top enable Developer Tools, go to Countewallet.co and press CTLR+SHIFT+I to launch the tools and look at Console)? If yes, which version of Chrome?

Yes, same problem and log in chrome, except for chrome not allowing me to go to other pages, it freezes. However, there is also the following error at the top: "GET https://counterwallet.co/js/jquery-2.0.2.min.map 404 (Not Found) counterwallet.co:1".
Both computers I've tried have the latest ff version and latest chrome version 37.0.2062.120 m. One running win 7, the other win 8.1. I tried on android kitkat as well. I also tried downloading ff English version, but no luck.
I've created a new wallet but it has the same issue.
It's a weird bug. Maybe something to do with the timezone I'm in?
Edit: Yes, it's a time bug thing. I changed my computer clock to EST timezone and voilá! It works, loads fine.

Did you retry later? I think there was a minor update today maybe that could have caused brief downtime.

counterwallet.io/:1 XMLHttpRequest cannot load https://cw01.counterwallet.io/_api. No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'https://counterwallet.io' is therefore not allowed access. The response had HTTP status code 502.
This is what’s happening to me
There’s an issue with cw01 right now, it seems the Bitcoin blockchain may need a reparse. Maybe you can try the other server, https://cw02.counterwallet.io, or try later.

I need to access my assets, but I am able to login to my wallet in 1 in 10 attempts. Also if I manage to login (without weird RPC server error popups) I can not even send anything out of the wallet - only thing I am getting is another RPC server error while trying to send assets…
This is crazy, counterwallet is live for months now, yet still not functioning as it should. You should at least add big red warning text on the front page saying that sending real cash is not advised atm.

It’s been a recurring problem with Bitcoin Core 0.10.* hanging, not Counterparty s/w.
A “workaround” for 0.10.2 seems to be to automatically periodically restart bitcoind, but then it takes a while for it to catch up. There’s no real fix yet. Bitcoin Core has several unresolved bugs related to unresponsiveness; we can only wait for them to fix those (or at least the one that’s causing the behavior Counterparty users have been experiencing).
