What happened to my wallet

I still have my 12 word passphrase however when I entered it into the login page it simply created a new wallet, can someone explain what could have happened?

Two possibilities:

  1. You made a typo in your passphrase, so you see a different empty wallet

  2. Your original address is hidden, add another address and the original address will appear again

Strangely now it works again, maybe it just needed a little attention, thanks for the response
