I successfully made a transfer a few hours earlier to the same address, but this has been “invalid: insufficient funds” for over 20 hours and Poloniex support has not responded. Nothing pending on my Bittrex account either.
I have the same problem. Sent from Poloniex to Bittrex, 30 hours ago. Polo status “completed” on bittrex did not come. XCP Explorer status “invalid: insufficient funds”.
The Poloniex hot wallet did not have enough XCP at the time apparently. 200,000 XCP was loaded after these failed, but I still do not have my funds. This is certainly on Poloniex’s side and not the network or Bittrex.
I submitted another ticket, but I have not received a response in over 4 days. Let me know if you get anywhere.
