Testing in a disposable VM. One of the files (runme.exe) appears to be custom. Another file (download.exe) appears to the microsoft FTP client. Virustotal appears to be clean except for heurestics for the runme.exe file (again, virustotal is a poor indicator of whether or not a file is truly safe). In order for us to trust you, OP, I highly encourage you to provide sources or the script in a batch file format.
