I find a solution, loging to my counterwallet using :
https://counterwallet.coindaddy.io
In that case, I can see the ETHXCPCARD.

How do we know we can trust that site that you pointed to at coindaddy? What if that is a phishing site to steal our 12 word passphrase? What is the difference between counterwallet.coindaddy.io and counterwallet.io sites?

Same issue… I do see my holdings at blockscan.com, including the newly purchased ethxcpcard, but that new purchase not visible at counterwallet.io. In fact, I saw a canceled transactions with an ID number but no description, so I assumed that the swapbot failed until I checked blockscan. I would like to see all assets at the main ‘My Account Balances’ page of Counterwallet.io.
If it shows on blockscan then it is in your wallet. It just takes time to show in your counterwallet. I’ve had to wait more than a day (even several, I think) for some tokens to show in counterwallet even though the transaction immediately shows on blockscan. This is something to consider if you want to move tokens quickly (like to an exchange).
