Is it possible to retrieve funds sent to counterwallet that I should have sent to another wallet? Can it be sent back to poloniex? I am new to this.
If it is your own wallet, yes sure.
If it is not your wallet, then the funds are lost.
It is my wallet, but I sent AMP( Synereo) to counterwallet which doesn’t accept that. I should have sent it to omniwallet? Do you know how I would go about retrieving it back to poloniex? Thank you for any help
Counterwallet lets you export your address’ private key.
Omniwallet should have a way to import a key. I don’t know that wallet myself, but I’m sure the Omni team can help you.
