Surely CounterParty wants to see Bitcoin’s PoW network succeed? If the
Bitcoin network did fail because of what is suggested there, is there a
PlanB in place already? Having a strong and widely
distributed Bitcoin network avaliable, solves a lot of headaches and is
surely one of CounterParty’s major strengths. Same deal with
Omni/Mastercoin.
I expect it’s just merchants turning over BTC into fiat compounding normal other pressures.
What we really need are businesses bringing their wealth into cryptocurrency
and assets… and obviously CounterParty needs to be ready to engage
that asap with all the help they might need to understand the
opportunity.
2015 will be interesting year…
