I was going to suggest the support FAQs… links to which could be made more obvious.
but also I was going to suggest just trying to set up an asset on the testnet, to help gain confidence with that.

It’s working fine right now, I just logged in and created a wallet.
There was an update on it some 10 hrs ago I think.
Maybe they came across it right around that time.
IMO no scheduled downtime should happen without notifications.
