Error trying to login

Hello,

I’ve tried logging in on chrome and firefox (incognito and private) on multiple computers and always get this error now:

failoverAPI: Call failed (failed over across all servers). Method: get_normalized_balances; Last error: JSON-RPC Error:

Type: Server error

Code: -32000

Message: Bad status code returned: ‘503’. result body: ‘{“message”: “Server error”, “code”: -32000, “data”: “Counterparty database is behind backend.”}’.

Comes at a bad time as I need it for testing with Storj, hopefully this is something general that gets resolved soon, but if it’s particular to my account I’d appreciate any assistance I can get.

Hi @amenconi,

This is a known issue resolved with a counterblock restart. Please see [WARNING] Blockchain reorganisation for more information.

Counterparty Counterwallet instance is set to restart daily, while the CoinDaddy instance https://counterwallet.coindaddy.io/ is set to restart every 8 hours. I suggest you give it another try in a few hours, or feel free to use the CoinDaddy server.
