Cancel orders cost fee. Just let order expire. When put orders or cancel you can adjust the fee yourself. It is the bitcoin network fee all is done on the blockchain. No internal exchange like at bittrex. Trade xcp for btc at bittrex and use xcp at counterwallet for other tokens like BitCrystals.
