I sent XCP from Bittrex to address #1 in my wallet, but it never arrived. How do I go about recovering?
First check in Bittrex if the transaction is complete there. Then you can check the xchain.io for the transaction id if it is finished. Then sometimes it takes some days until it is shown in Counterwallet.
It is most likely a case with Bittrex not sending out your withdrawl yet.
Please contact Bittrex and ask for your transaction hash for your withdrawl… once you have your transaction hash, we can track where the funds went, etc.
