Hi
A transaction was sent to one of my addresses but the balance did not show in blockscan until days later. Does counterpartyd need to be running for tokens to be received?

Where did you make the transaction? On your desktop?
Which address was the sender or what's the transaction ID?
figured it out, I guess it was counterwallet not completing the transaction until the next time I logged in

if you had pending BtcPay then yes, because Counterwallet can't deduct BTC from your account if you're not logged in.
but also i noticed bitcoin block generation speed was slow yesterday so i had normal BTC payments (not from Counterwallet and not to Counterwallet) arrive many hours later.
