SJCX transaction in history but balance is zero

Hello, I send SJCX from Poloniex to counterwallet (address 1CctWjuCGqf2SiPesqghWk1LDdiN9vZTR8). Under History in Counterwallet the transactions are shown. But when I go to Exchange the SJCX balance is zero. Did I miss something?

Yes, you should not go to Exchange, but to Addresses and look up the balance of 1CctWjuCGqf2SiPesqghWk1LDdiN9vZTR8.
