So I tried sending 10k SJCX to my counterwallet from Polo exchange and with fees and btc price adjustment i ended up with only 9,900. So I used shapshift.io to try to send more. The transaction complete but no token showed up in my SJCX wallet. I thought it was Shapeshift so i contacted them but still have no reply. I went to Polo again and sent another 15 dollars worth of SJCX and the transaction complete but they are not showing up.
Is it because the wallet has a little lock telling me the token is locked? Am I still able to get my funds back?
After years of holding onto StorJ ICO, I thought to finally see if my funds were transferred to counterwallet.io. They were! Great.
