why is it locked ?
why they took 2 mbtc for fee and there is no turn back ?
Default in Counterwallet is 1000 blocks (~1 week).
Can be changed under settings (see yellow arrows)

and If I click on cancel , what will happen ? do they send me that 2 mBTC for retrying another trade or I have to spend another Fee ?
