My wallet has BTC according to Tokenly, but not Counterwallet?

When I use the Tokenly Chrome extension, my wallet shows my available BTC. But when I log into Counterwallet my balance is:
??(0)

I cant transfer anything out because it doesn’t think I have any BTC, anyone know why this is?
