My gems are locked? Why?

H everyone, I received around 170 Gems from an anrdoid app called getgems i received them on this address: 1FUWt93FcNtWv2sqhGVK81QVgaGgPUaYis

But they seem to be locked. A little lock sign has been showing up on the lower right side of my gems balance box.
Here’s the screenshot of what am talking about.

Please help me how can i withdraw my gems from here.

The lock just indicates that the supply is locked (ie, the GEMZ owner cannot issue any more tokens)

Nothing is preventing you from sending your GEMZ from wherever you want.
