Sending between Polo<—> Counterwallet…?
Taking hours, any suggestions?
Problem is either transaction isn’t confirmed by miner or something internally at Polo.
Can you view the transaction in a block explorer?
Send them a support ticket.
I’ve had same issue with Polo. It’s always been resolved after I sent them a message
