Different address and missing balance

So this was my first time using counter wallet. I accidentally hit the refresh button on my browser and when I logged back in my address was different and my balance missing. I tried different browsers, I tried logging in from my phone and creating new addresses (limit is 20) but I’m still not able to see my balance or old address. How can i fix this issue?

Short Answer Log on to Countewallet, in top left corner click on Create New Address > Create Regular Address to have it reappear.
