The new CP asset will hold a crowd sale to raise funds for this project. All funds raised will be held in multi-sig wallet with a trusted 3rd party like Vennd.io or whomever holds the crowd sale. Payments will be determined by a pre-determined set of milestones to ensure trust for the investors.
