Can't Access My Wallet

Hi -

I might be out of luck, but due to a hardware problem I lost my logon catch phrase. I participated in the NVO (NVST) IPO and have the tokens deposited in my counterwallet account, but without access to my catch phrase I can’t access the NVST tokens. Is there anything I can do? Are these tokens lost to me forever?

Maybe you have the private keys from your counterwallet? If not and no password, then I’m sorry. Always write down passwords or private keys to other devices like additional usb stick or paper.
