Bug in an order processing

I deleted this topic.

I directly sent a message to a member of ‘Support’ and ‘system’ to solve an ordering bug.
But I never got any reply.
If someone knows the person suitable for resolving my problem, could you please tell me?

My problem was solved, because my order was automatically canceled.
However, I have never gotten any answer from the support and the system, even in the direct message.
It seems just a waste of time.

This was the problem occurred in my order processing.
I originally input “Buy 12500 VACUS with 10 XCP (1 VACUS = 0.0008 XCP)” in the order form, the moss-green area.
But my order was changed to “Sell 0 XCP for 12,500 VACUS”.
