API method: create_send

Hi there,

I keep getting the following error when I try to send assets:

“Sorry, we got an error when trying to do the requested action: ‘Internal Server Error.’ (API method: create_send).”

Also, just below my asset balance there is a padlock symbol and when I click on it, it says the “Token is locked”

Can anyone tell me how to fix this please. I’m not very technical and new to counterparty as well.

No replies unluckily. I get something similar when I try to place order of selling XCP-based stuff from added offline armory address from other side (bittrex). But It’s normal, I think, because I didn’t find a way to proof to Counterwallet that the address is mine…
