On 24 Aug 2016 I pay distribution to 130 asset holder but in the history pay 15 asset holder.

It seems only those holding 200 or more THBS got paid. Likely the others got ignored because they were entitled to a very, very small amound (about $0.02 cents worth).
I understand you may still want to pay them (“proof-of-concept”) and if you cannot do it in Counterwallet, it should be possible to write a script to do this for you. I see you have Coindaddy in the description, so maybe @jdogresorg can help you.
