Why 8days and my BTC still pending to transfer?

Hi , may i know how can i cancel my request on transfer my btc from Counterwallet ? Pending since 8days.

  1. Your transaction is pending 8 days because you paid a low fee and there are a large number of users the past 8+ days that have been paying higher transaction fees than you did. Your transaction will continue to be pending for up to 15 days, after which point, the transaction will drop from the mempool.

  2. There is no easy way to cancel a pending bitcoin transaction.
