The error appears to occur when an alphabetic asset is submitted for registration. I registered a free numeric after several failed alpha’s with no problem. The error occured on the counterwallet.io and coin daddy.io. I know you guys are hot on this, just an FYI, as I noticed a few subtle differences in the error.

I’m trying to open a support ticket, but I got the 32000 error …

I’m not able to open a new thread in the forums too (Are new user able to post something ?).

I’m in trouble, for I’m waiting for a payment from “foldingcoin” for the past days- everything is ok from their side, address is ok, I even receive a notification from “let’s talk bitcoin” about the payment, but I receive no FLDC from the beginning of this month - everything work fine last month, I don’t understand …

Yes, there is a known issue when opening a support ticket through Counterwallet (see Submitting a Support ticket from CW gives an error · Issue #729 · CounterpartyXCP/counterwallet · GitHub), you can always just go to http://support.counterparty.io/ and submit the ticket there.

Regarding your issue, are you saying you see your FLDC in your address on blockscan but don’t see it in your wallet, or you haven’t received them at all?

I have also changed the trust level for creating new topics. I believe new users should be able to create new topics now.

There weren’t any sends of FLDC to this address on 4th or 5th. @FoldingCoin can you take a look at this?

I have 3 adresses; no FLDC received on the 4th may - the payout report of “http://foldingcoin.net/” says this :

Great! I think the problem was, that for a couple of days the distribution server was being updated and the payouts had been 3 days delayed. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for understanding :smiley:

It’s the same cause as for all recent problems - Bitcoin Core is causing problems and when Counterparty interacts with it, it reports it’s not ready or similar errors.

It is partially because of suspected bugs in Bitcoin Core 0.10.x and probably the recent “stress tests” that people have been running on bitcoin mainnet are causing additional problems.

There is no solution at the moment. A temporary workaround is to periodically restart Bitcoin server (which then causes short downtime, but not restarting it after a while causes service errors).

Please try https://counterwallet.coindaddy.io (you may notice the same issue there, although probably not at the very same time) or retry periodically on https://counterwallet.io.

Edit: there are “stress tests” or attacks on Bitcoin going on these days, see the charts at http://cointelegraph.com/news/114782/bitcoin-transactions-surge-to-record-highs-amid-greece-crisis or https://blockchain.info/charts/n-transactions?showDataPoints=true&timespan=30days&show_header=true&daysAverageString=1&scale=0&address=, which makes above mentioned bitcoin daemon problems even more pronounced.
