https://www.poloniex.com seems to be a legit exchange, however, their withdrawl fee is .35 XCP. On their FAQ it states “[color=rgb(50, 50, 50)][font=stark][size=15px]There is a 0.2% fee for all trades. There are no fees for withdrawals beyond the transaction fee required by the network.”[/size][/font][/color]

An XCP transfer costs 0.0002172 BTC at the moment (I don’t know in the future if this will change) At a rate of 0.01BTC/XCP (to balance the risk of holding XCP) transfers should cost around 0.02 XCP to be fair.
I don’t know about the reason why it’s so high but this issue should be adressed
