I bought some scotcoin yesterday and payed with paypal but there is still nothing showing in my wallet. Help please.

It sounds like your used PAYPAL to buy SCOTCOIN… so in that case the 2 parties you need to speak to are paypal.com and scotcoinproject.com
Counterparty support can not help you with issues that are not related to the counterparty software.
