A good Bitcoin community member would report a suspected error/mistake.
A very good one would click on “Edit on Github” (at the top of that page) and submit a bug report or pull request.
A useless troll … well…
By the way, from the comments on Twitter I see it wasn’t a typo but a change of plan before the burn started. It’s simply an outdated document.
