counterparty-lib (server & client) has been successfully installed on more than 10 distributions (Archlinux, Debian, Fedora, OpenSuSE, etc.).
Counterblock Federated Node (counterpartyd with other services including Counterwallet) is more complex and we are not aware of successful installation on non-Ubuntu distributions. We welcome contributions to federatednode_build and maintainers of other distributions to contribute to the project.
