Sorry i was not able to send a message to the support group.
My counterwallet does not show any transactions i made. The transactions though were sucessfull.
Can someone from official support team please PM me? (there is no “new message” button)

Did you try to log out and sign back in?

I forgot to mention, that my transactions are 1 month old. I saw them as they were in transfer, but then, they vanished. (but they went through)
