You can just pick one (maybe List of Burn Addresses (addresses without known private key)) or find a tool that finds one…
Don’t use a “fake” tool that will make people send BTC to someone’s actual address 
There’s no Counterparty-specific address, so you just need to find any trusted tool that creates Bitcoin burn address.
