Subasset CIP - Let's discuss the details

Since we have lots of new users, some of whom are interested in subassets, and the subasset CIP has not yet been implemented, it won’t hurt to have a second round of discussions. I think we all agree on the main idea but the exact parameters may perhaps be tweaked? These are the specification in the CIP: Subasset names must meet following requirements : 1a) 1 to 250 characters in length (ie.
