Can't withdraw from multisig

I have a 3/3 multisig that I’m trying to withdraw XCP from but when I try to sign the transaction on my individual addresses, I get:

Bad status code returned: ‘500’. result body: '{“result”:null,“error”:{“code”:-26,“message”:“64: bad-txns-too-many-sigops”},“id”:0} '.

Also, after some further research, it appears that this has been a problem since last SEPTEMBER? People have had assets literally stuck in their wallets for over half a year and nothing has been done to fix it? Really would appreciate some help here.

I also tried both the coindaddy and official counterparty wallet, both gave the same error.
