# Workaround for "stuck" counterpartyd 9.45.0 on Windows due to locking/reparse issues

You can install the current Develop version in which those issues (such as counterpartyd Github #373) have been fixed:  

http://support.counterparty.io/support/solutions/articles/5000478646-how-can-i-install-develop-branch-of-counterpartyd-  

  

Since those fixes will quickly make it to Master, this is just a temporary workaround which should be ignored a a week from now.
