# Wallet URL not working

Regardless of what I’ve tried (all the solution from forums) I am landing on [Counterwallet - Free Web Wallet for Bitcoin and Counterparty](https://wallet.counterwallet.io/#) over and over again.  
Here, the only way to enter those 12 words is through the virtual keyboard.  
Anyone please, any hints?

Try using a different wallet to import your 12 word phrase… I assumed that you backed the information up when you created the wallet.

For instance you can use any of these wallets with your 12 word phrase:
