# Wallet/address frozen

Since yesterday, the [counter-wallet.io](http://counter-wallet.io) is not sending trasactions and the balances are not moving even if i receive coins, i have btcs to pay fee on it, i have all what is needed, and when i choose the address, amount and click “send” nothing happens, neither the balance change or the pop up is showed saying the amount “is on the way”.
