I have buy digital asset at [https://swapbot.tokenly.com/bot/spellsofgenesis/mountaingox#choose](https://swapbot.tokenly.com/bot/spellsofgenesis/mountaingox#choose) and sent to swapbot address 12sfan5Kf1X1o3WcyfGiWberCkgrveGF74 250 BCY Trans was completed. Proof: [http://blockscan.com/txInfo/11770021](http://blockscan.com/txInfo/11770021) But i have not recieve CARD from bot and my funds is not returned. In my transaction history that trans is absent! Whats happened? About hour i wrote help letter to [team@tokenly.co](mailto:team@tokenly.co) … wait fot the answer. Is anybody have same problem? ---

Token support ([team@tokenly.co](mailto:team@tokenly.co)) helps well – If you’re using Counterwallet, we sometimes hear from people unable to see their new token, usually when the token was just created within the last few days. If you load up your 12 word passphrase in [http://pockets.tokenly.com](http://pockets.tokenly.com) you should have no problem finding your assets. – from ([team@tokenly.co](mailto:team@tokenly.co)) And I see it!!
