# Transaction not going

Hello counterparty good morning to all of you there . i have a problem i sent some XCP ASSET (counterparty asset)) from my counterwallet wallet to spectrocoin address but the problem is that it’s not showing up in my balance in spectrocoin even though the transaction are confirmed both on blockchain and xchain

Spectrocoin is not a counterparty-compatible wallet, so Counterparty tokens/assets will not show up in the wallet. The counterparty asset does live in your address, but it is not visible to you in the wallet your using.

I would suggest using counterwallet or [freewallet.io](http://freewallet.io) when your using counterparty, as those are wallets which will for sure work with Counterparty.

As far as getting your funds back, if Spectrocoin wallet lets you export your private key, then you should be able to import that private key into [freewallet.io](http://freewallet.io) desktop and use the address just like a counterwallet address 🙂

Thanks so much for your replying…but now that the assets are No more in my counterparty wallet what Can i do to get them back first to my wallet before i send them to [frewallet.io](http://frewallet.io) …

I have answered your question above.

As far as getting your funds back, if Spectrocoin wallet lets you export your private key, then you should be able to import that private key into [freewallet.io](http://freewallet.io) desktop and use the address just like a counterwallet address

1.) Go to spectrocoin wallet  
2.) See if you can find anywhere to access your private key  
2a.) If you can find your private key… then download [Freewallet.io](http://Freewallet.io) desktop, setup a wallet, and import your private key (Menu-\>Change Address-\>Options-\>Import Private Key)  
2b.) If you CAN NOT find your private key, then your out of luck and your only recourse is to talk with the Spectrocoin wallet people about getting your tokens sent back.
