same here. Browsertools console output says

```auto
Got an error when trying to sync BTC balances: JSON-RPC Error: <p><b>Type:</b> Server error</p><p><b>Code:</b> -32000</p><p><b>Message:</b> Got call_jsonrpc_api request error: result is None</p>

```

There are multiple counterwallet servers available… if one goes down, use another one.

Looks like [counterwallet.coindaddy.io](http://counterwallet.coindaddy.io) was up all day today with no issues.

I’m also having this issue. Just a loading bar and the wallet never open.

I tried [https://wallet.counterwallet.io](https://wallet.counterwallet.io) and [https://counterwallet.coindaddy.io](https://counterwallet.coindaddy.io).

Last week I was able to open my wallet, but since this weekend I am not able.

Any idea? 😕

Both servers were down for a few hours this AM. They are both back up now.
