# Pls help me about transfer xcp

I sent 10xcp from counterwallet to poloniex , but already 24hours ago but havent received. How can i check is success or not ?

You can check the transaction on [https://xchain.io/](https://xchain.io/)
Get the transaction id from counterwallet history.
When the transaction succeeded then it takes additional time at poloniex until they show your xcp.

You can also use the block number. In one block there may be several transactions. Check your tx id.
