# Main chain rate when creating Dispenser

It does not work to set the BTC amount to a value below 1, e.g. 0.03, in “Main chain rate” when creating a new dispenser using [Counterwallet.io](http://Counterwallet.io). Last week it was still working when new dispenser were created by clicking on “Address actions”. Thx a lot for your help.

counterwallet has an issue with creating dispensers for non-divisible assets. I would suggest using [freewallet.io](http://freewallet.io) DESKTOP wallet for now, as it supports all the current features of Counterparty.
