# Lost XCPs sent from Poloniex to my Counterwallet

I sent 9.75 XCP coins from my Poloniex account to my Counterwallet

Complete  
XCP  
9.97500001  
2017-04-30 13:47:55  
Address: 18biWxrmUCyGA4aCkUFmETamnSe4aPzGF5  
Txid: 5de3bbf5c8d6c750863becf6f269292eb6891c755d181c07ef61ebef62bd35a5

But I only received 0.0000543 BTCs. I dont understand why I lost my coins.
