# Login not working

When are you guys going to fix this? I can’t access my funds for 90% of the time I try because I can’t login. After putting in the password, it just keeps loading. Sometimes, very rarely, it works. This has been happening for past 6 months.

I really like the low fees for transaction but it doesn’t help when you can’t access the wallet for days.

It is a good thing there are many different wallets you can use. I encourage you to check out [www.counterparty.io/wallets](http://www.counterparty.io/wallets) for a list of wallets

I would suggest using [freewallet.io](http://freewallet.io/) desktop wallet, as that supports all the current features of Counterparty.
