There’s a query on reddit that could do with a reply… [https://www.reddit.com/r/counterparty\_xcp/comments/2ptm04/i\_am\_so\_lost\_with\_couterparty\_please\_help/](https://www.reddit.com/r/counterparty_xcp/comments/2ptm04/i_am_so_lost_with_couterparty_please_help/)

I was going to suggest the support FAQs… links to which could be made more obvious.

but also I was going to suggest just trying to set up an asset on the testnet, to help gain confidence with that.

[https://testnet.counterwallet.io/](https://testnet.counterwallet.io/) gives 404 … though that is linked to from the support at bottom of [http://support.counterparty.io/support/solutions/articles/5000003696-what-do-i-need-to-start-using-counterwallet-](http://support.counterparty.io/support/solutions/articles/5000003696-what-do-i-need-to-start-using-counterwallet-)

It’s working fine right now, I just logged in and created a wallet.

There was an update on it some 10 hrs ago I think.

Maybe they came across it right around that time.

IMO no scheduled downtime should happen without notifications.
