Over-The-Counter (OTC) Market

With SegWit getting activated shortly, Counterparty users will be able to do atomic swaps directly with one another. This enables CP to have a OTC Market where users can trade directly with one another without the need to use the DEX (or pay the BTC fees to list an order on the DEX). The OTC market would be a list of pending swaps which users have advertised (Swap 1 BTC for 100 XCP, etc) It might be worthwhile for someone to establish a CIP for how a user can advertise their desire to do an…
