How do I turn a counterpartyd broadcast into an [enhanced data feed](https://wiki.counterparty.co/w/Enhanced_Feed_Info_in_Counterwallet)? Are there any examples in the wild? Is it possible to attach a link to the json file in the counterpartyd broadcast command?
