# Coval sent to Bitcoin address

Greetings to everyone,

i had wanted to send my coval coins to another wallet.  
The counterparty page kept saying that i have to enter a valid bitcoin address after refusing my coval address, so i decided to enter a bitcoin wallet address, now i can’t find my coins anymore.

WHAT CAN I DO??? _cry_

Hi!

If it is still actual, you should check the address on [xchain.io](http://xchain.io). If it holds your COVALs then the next step is to get the address private keys and feed it into an XCP wallet ([freewallet.io](http://freewallet.io)). If you don’t have the private keys, I’am afraid they are lost.
