When do you get this error, when you try to create an alphanumeric asset? I just tried that on testnet and didn’t get any error 😕 ---

Robert, I think this could be due to switching to using OP\_RETURN. ‘Unable to decode output address’ signifies an OP\_RETURN output that contains some arbitrary data. Seeing that the asset did arrive at the destination address and knowing that with the latest upgrade Counterwallet defaults to using OP\_RETURN when possible (instead of multisig outputs defined with the Escrow) I would say this is all good. ---

It happens with an Alpha-Numeric. I was just able to create one, then got the same error trying to create another within a few minutes… failoverAPI: Call failed (failed over across all servers). Method: broadcast\_tx; Last error: JSON-RPC Error: Type: Server error Code: -32000 Message: Bad status code returned: ‘500’. result body: '{“result”:null,“error”:{“code”:-26,“message”:“64: scriptpubkey”},“id”:0} '. ---

I can’t reproduce this on testnet (created several tokens just now). It seems related to the bug that was fixed in the latest upgrade, when you weren’t able to make two transactions in the same block. Was that the case with you? You tried to create another asset while the first one was still pending, and then once it was confirmed you were able to create the second asset? ---

this was not an asset creation, it was a send transaction of 500,000 FLDC to our distribution server ---

Sorry, we got an error when trying to do the requested action: 'JSON-RPC Error: Type: Server error Code: -32000 Message: **Mempool is not yet ready** ; please try again in a few minutes. ’ (API method: create\_issuance). If this persists, please click on the question mark button on the top right-hand corner of the screen for support options. Multiple attempts failed. However, logging in is still very fast. I can also make transactions via the Google wallet. It’s just registrations of a new asset that fail. ---

Hi I have a huge Problem. I can no longer login to my Counterwallet. I have my 12 word seed but it constantly gives me the message that this is a new account… I tried pressing agree to see if my balance would be there but it obviously wasn’t… I have used this 12 word seed to login in the past, what is going on??? In addition to that, I can’t even provide you with the public address because [Bter.com](http://Bter.com) has deleted all of their withdrawal history. If this helps I created my account and withdrew my XCP 1 or 2 days before Bter got hacked. Thank you for your help ---

What happens is this: - CW server is rebuilt with a new version - Your wallet “profile” disappears from the server This has nothing to do with BTer. Simply click on “Accept” and use the wallet. The profile will be rebuilt and you won’t see this prompt until the wallet server is rebuilt again. ---

Alright sorry. I am logged in now… It still says that my balance is 0 XCP… How long does it take for the profile to be rebuild? I think I didn’t explain my problem correctly. I can login but my balance is still 0! Under History it still doesn’t say anything. If I remember correctly I had two addresses for receiving btc and xcp. Thank you for the quick reply 😉 ---

I typed the entire 12-word passphrase with spaces, managed to get it right, but I still can’t logon to my Counterwallet. Every time I do, the loading bar is too slow or stalls completly. ---

You can try [counterwallet.coindaddy.io](http://counterwallet.coindaddy.io) or use Incognito Mode on your browser on [counterwallet.io](http://counterwallet.io). Maybe you accessed it when the code was upgraded (to latest counterparty-lib)? (I don’t know for a fact that it was updated, but yesterday a new release of counterparty-lib came out). ---

I’m having what sounds like a similar issue. I’ve had a counterwallet for about a 7 months, and I wanted to login today - and haven’t been able to - different browsers, incognito, etc. - all the same - nothing. I use either the encrypted URL or my passphrase and the “open wallet” button is never accessible. Even tried creating multiple new wallets to test and same thing - upon creating the wallet, it drops me back on the main page and upon typing in my passphrase or URL, nothing… ---
